At Ketawa, our mission is to empower individuals to embrace laughter, cultivate happiness, and live a stress-free life. Through innovative programs, workshops and resources, we provide tools and support for behaviour change, promoting overall well-being, and creating a positive impact on people’s lives.

Aims & Objectives

  • Provide comprehensive wellness programs, including laughter and happiness sessions, stress management workshops, to promote a healthier and happier life for diverse populations including women, children, elderly, government and corporate employees.
  • Conduct health awareness programs, seminars and conferences to enhance knowledge, skills, and actions for a healthier lifestyle.
  • Facilitate cross-learning exchange programs at national and international levels, focusing on disease prevention, health promotion and stress management.
  • Work towards the welfare and empowerment of vulnerable populations, promoting public support for overall public health improvement.
  • Develop and distribute informative resources, both in print and electronic form, on various public health issues.
  • Collaborate with reputable institutions and experts to promote happiness and healthy lifestyle among the employees and targeted population.
  • Engage in policy-focused research on happiness and wellness index, monitoring, and evaluation to strengthen implementation and address gaps in national health program.
  • Establish a technical resource center to support and build capacities of stakeholders in India and the South-East Asia Region.
